INVOLVED Partners
A partner can benefit from working along side his or her Rotarian in their local Rotary club.
So what is wrong with the picture? Many partners are missing the action!
It is easy to desire the "perks" without involvement but unfortunately, it does not work that way.
Help stamp out Rinos (Rotarians in Name only). How?
Involvement! The gateway that all Rotary stands for.
So this is addressed to all Passive Partners. There is no shortage of opportunities for you to
become TRUE partners; working along the side your local Rotarians in their projects. In some
clubs, the partners have joined hands with the Rotarians, helping in established projects and
programs. Some partners have identified a need and started their work in local communities
ranging from projects such as tutoring, supplying books and/or clothes for the indigent to
adopting local or international orphanage children.
Opportunities are limitless and if everyone took a LITTLE action, hunger, illiteracy,
homelessness and other needs could be stamped out. Rotarians are on the way to eradicating Polio because someone saw a sick child and had a vision. With that, the sleeves got rolled up, other Rotarians were called to help and the work began.
